Ingredients
  • ½ kilo of green beans
  • 2 onions
  • 100 gr. ham cubes

Preparation
  1. We will start by washing, removing the strips from the sides and cutting the green beans into pieces.
  2. Take a saucepan and cook the beans in plenty of boiling water with a little salt and leave them until they are tender, about 15 minutes, or as you like.
  3. Chop the onion into thin strips, take a pan, add a splash of oil and poach the 2 chopped onions over medium heat so that it does not burn and cook little by little. We will leave it until it is golden brown or we will leave it to our liking, so that it is well done it will take about 30 minutes.
  4. When it is we add the ham in cubes.
  5. We leave it for a few minutes and when the beans are ready we will add them to the pan.
  6. We stir well and leave it for a few minutes, cooking a little everything together, you can add a little of the broth to cook the beans.
  7. We taste salt, it will not take much since the ham already gives flavor.
  8. And it will be ready to serve !!!
