The dish that I propose is a complete dish, it has green beans, potatoes, a hard-boiled egg and some slices of chorizo, a wonderful dish, full of flavor and cheap, it is worth it for a meal as a single dish. You can also have it prepared in advance.

Ingredients
  • 500 grams Green beans
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 150 grams Sausage
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. To prepare the green beans with chorizo, first we will clean the green beans, peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. We will put them in a pot with water to cook until the beans and potatoes are tender. When they're done, put them in a colander.
  2. On the other hand we will put another saucepan with water, we add the eggs we will count 10 minutes when they begin to boil. After this time, remove and let cool. We peel them.
  3. Mince a couple of garlic cloves, cut a few slices of chorizo ​​and then cut them into pieces. Put a casserole or wide frying pan and add a splash of olive oil and the minced garlic, sauté it a little and before it takes color add the pieces of chorizo, stir it until the chorizo ​​releases all its flavor.
  4. Next we put the beans with the potatoes with the chorizo. Stir carefully and leave for a few minutes to absorb the flavor.
  5. Once everything is well mixed, turn off the heat. We serve on a tray accompanied by some hard-boiled eggs.
