Ingredients
  • 80 g. raw chickpeas (soaked)
  • 320 g. green beans
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Paprika
  • Chopped paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Sal Island
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
  1. In the pressure cooker with plenty of water and salt we cook the chickpeas for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Once cooked, we drain them, reserving the broth for other preparations.
  2. Afterwards, we clean the green beans by removing the tips and we chop to cook them. Depending on the type of beans and your personal taste, the time will vary. In my case it was 10 minutes. Once cooked we drain them.
  3. Mix the green beans with the chickpeas and the season with a drizzle of oil of virgin olive, a teaspoon of paprika, a pinch of salt and another of black pepper. Mix well and top with the chopped boiled egg.
  4. We serve the green beans with chickpeas hot, warm or cold.
