Vegetables are delicacies that assimilate flavors perfectly, offering a great set of flavors. And since you already know that I like to try new things, the other day I bought green beans, to prepare them in a different way.
Then they came out green beans sautéed with garlic and mushrooms. Not bad at all and as I quite liked the result, here is the recipe for those who are encouraged to try it.
We buy some things and as always we organize the time.

Preparation time: 30 - 40 minutes
Ingredients for two people:
- 500g green beans
- 200g of natural mushrooms
- 1 bunch of garlic
How is logical we start boiling the beans to have them ready when we want to skip them. We put them in plenty of water and a little salt.
On the other hand, we cut sliced mushrooms and chunks of garlic, to taste, they don't have to be very regular.
When we have both things ready we can start with the stir fry, as simple as putting the beans in the pan that we have made the mushrooms and garlic.
We let them skip for a while so that both parties are impregnated with flavors and we can start preparing the dishes and the palate.
As you can see, the recipe is simple and In addition, fat consumption is minimal, an important fact for all people in general, but especially those who are dieters.
Remember, imagination to power, because when one goes on a diet, monotony tires the palate and it causes us to stop firmly following the regime.
