Green beans with potatoes and ham

Today I propose a simple and smooth dish, some green beans with potatoes and ham, a very complete dish that we can prepare for a lunch or dinner.

A very simple and light since we have Christmas soon and we will abuse a little delicious food. Green beans provide us with fiber, vitamins, minerals and little fat and a quick dish to prepare.

I have accompanied this dish of green beans with potatoes and ham with a hard-boiled egg per person and I have seasoned it with a little garlic and chopped parsley and mixed with olive oil. You are sure to like it !!!

Ingredients
  • 400 gr. of green beans
  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr. chopped ham
  • Garlic, parsley
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. The first thing we will do is put the 4 eggs to cook for 10 minutes.
  2. On the other hand we wash the green beans, cut the ends and cut them into pieces. We peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
  3. We put a casserole with water and a little salt when it starts to boil we will introduce the potatoes, after 10 minutes we will put the beans and leave it until the potatoes and the tender beans are left.
  4. When they are we take them out and we will put it to drain.
  5. Sauté the ham pieces in a frying pan with a little oil, set aside.
  6. In a bowl we put the beans with the potatoes, on top we put the sautéed ham.
  7. We peel the boiled eggs and put around the source.
  8. We chop a couple of garlic, put it in a mortar with a little parsley, crush a little and put a good jet of oil, with this we distribute it over the beans and potatoes.
  9. And ready to eat !!!
