Green bean roast
How few exits have the green beans in our kitchens! True?. Or at least I don't know how to give them a lot of outlets. I know they can be added to some rice, An salad, use them as a companion, but generally they remain as secondary and I wanted to give them a role a little more protagonist.
Looking for an afternoon I found the recipe that I bring you today, green bean roast, a slightly different way to how we usually consume them and that, since I tried it, has become a regular dish at home.
Degree of difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for two people:
- Green beans (I don't know how much I used in grams, but I took about 4-5 handfuls)
- 3 teeth of Garlic it
- 1-2 teaspoons Comino
- 2 tomatoes
- Sal Island
Preparation:
Wash the beans, remove the ends and cut them to the size you prefer. Bring water to a boil and add them.
On the other hand, prepare the sauce. Grate the tomatoes and put them to heat.
In a mortar, crush the garlic together with the cumin and salt.
You will have a kind of pasta. Add it to the tomatoes that you were heating.
Mix and cook for a few minutes.
Finally, when the beans are ready, drain them and mix them with the sauce.
You already have ready green bean roast.
When serving ...
The great advantage of this recipe is that you have several options when serving it, for example it can be a healthy single dish, it can be a side or it could even be served as a salad (in this case it would be served cold or warm).
Recipe suggestions:
I see it well as it is so I have no suggestions, but the kitchen is free and if you want to add or remove any ingredient, go ahead! Whenever I can, I add some vegetarian or vegan suggestion, but in this case it already is by itself.
The best…
The longer it has been done, the better it is.

I love this recipe and would add soy sauce to it.
Thank you.
