Green bean and ham frittata
The frittata It is a culinary specialty of Italian origin, very similar to the omelette. It is a dish that helps us take advantage of those ingredients that are left in the fridge without us using them. In this case it was green beans, but it could have been mushrooms.
Our frittata from green beans and ham It also has poached onion and grated Parmesan cheese, common ingredients in this type of preparation. It begins by curdling on the fire and ends in the oven. The one that I present is a portion, but it can be enough for two people if it is served with a salad as a second course or dinner.

Crafting
We chop the onion Very fine.
In a small frying pan we make a drizzle of oil and poach the onion a few mitutos until it changes color and is tender.
Then, we add the ham cubes and the beans and we skip everything. We reserve the filling in a bowl.
We beat the eggs and milk.
We preheat the oven in grill format at 190º.
In the same pan, which will continue to have the necessary oil so that the frittata does not stick, we pour the egg and milk molasses.
When this slightly curdled bottom, we add the filling and distribute it evenly.
Let it set on the fire for a few minutes, until the edges are settled.
So, we carry the pan in the oven to finish curdling the frittata.
We take out and turn on a plate.
