Ingredients
- 200 g. green beans
- 100 g. broccoli flowers
- 1 small onion, minced
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Preparation
- In a saucepan with plenty of boiling water we cook the green beans and the broccoli flowers for 2 minutes. Immediately after, we put them in a bowl with ice water.
- In a frying pan, we heat a few tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté the onion 4-5 minutes until it begins to soften and take color.
- We incorporate the beans greens and broccoli and sauté the mixture for 2 minutes.
- We prepare the sofrito. To do this, we fry the garlic in a pan with olive oil. Before they take on color, we add the sugar and let them brown. Outside of the fire we add the soybeans and mix.
- We serve the vegetables with the sauce.
