Grilled chicken fillets

We are going to prepare some chicken fillets au gratin with a cream sauce, a simple, inexpensive but very rich dish. A great dish to surprise our guests, to present at a party table or a celebration.

Ingredients
  • 12 chicken fillets
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1-2 jars of liquid cream or heavy cream
  • 1 bag of grated cheese

Preparation
  1. To prepare the gratin chicken fillets, we will first clean them of fat, season them.
  2. We put a pan with a little oil when it is hot, add the chicken fillets, brown them. We take out and reserve.
  3. Chop the onion very small, in the same pan where we have browned the chicken fillets, we will brown the onion, we will let it poach until it is very transparent and golden.
  4. We add the liquid cooking cream or cream to the onion and let it cook together for a few minutes so that it remains like a cream, we can add a little grated cheese and it melts together with the cream and onion.
  5. Add the sirloins to the sauce, leave a couple of minutes and transfer everything to a baking dish, cover with grated cheese and put it in the oven to gratin.
  6. When it is golden, we take it out and serve it hot.
