Quesadillas are a round dessert. Generally, they are liked by everyone and prepared individually, they give a certain elegance to the table. Doing them will take you 15 minutes; the oven will take care of the rest. You can serve them with quince diluted with water and heated in a saucepan, to top it off.
- 3 natural yogurts
- 2 measures of sugar yogurt
- 2measures of whole milk yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cheeses
- 100 g. of butter
- We melt the butter on the microwave.
- In a large bowl, place the rest of the ingredients: yogurt, sugar, milk, cheeses and eggs We crush with the mixer until a homogeneous dough is achieved.
- Add the melted butter and work a little more with the mixer.
- We distribute the mixture in 4 molds greased with butter and we take to the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
