Celiacs: gluten-free chocolate pionono (suitable)

The sweet recipe that we will prepare for all celiacs is the classic pionono dough to which I added suitable cocoa among its ingredients, giving it the delicious flavor that chocolate gives us so that you can use it with different fillings of your choice.

Ingredients:

35 grams of gluten-free flour
4 eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons of cocoa (suitable for celiacs)
2 heaping teaspoons honey
80 grams of sugar

Preparation:

In a bowl beat with the mixer (for a few minutes) the eggs, sugar and honey until the mixture is thick. Then sift the gluten-free flour with the cornstarch and cocoa and add them little by little with enveloping movements to the previous preparation and cover a 30 × 35 cm baking sheet. with white paper.

With a little butter, spread the edges of the plate only and pour the mixture. Cook the dough in a hot oven and on top for about 6 minutes until you notice it turns golden, then remove it from the oven and turn it on the counter to cool. When the temperature drops, you remove the paper and you can use it to place the filling and roll.
