Ingredients:
2 glasses of skim milk
50 grams of common rice
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
1 egg
Preparation:
Place the skimmed milk, rice and vanilla essence in a saucepan and cook over low heat. After 10 minutes add the sugar and continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
Next, remove the preparation from the heat and add the orange juice and 5 minutes later the beaten egg without stopping stirring. Pour the dessert into a source and you can serve the portions or if you want to eat it cold, store it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
