Gluten Free Quick Bread Pudding

All celiacs, adults, young people and children can enjoy a sweet dessert for breakfast or as a snack, like this delicious and nutritious gluten-free quick bread pudding that we will prepare in a few minutes and with very few ingredients.

Ingredients:

400 grams of gluten-free sliced ​​bread
300 cc of skimmed milk
1 package of gluten-free vanilla flan
200 grams of prunes, cut into small pieces

Preparation:

Cut the gluten-free bread into pieces and blend it together with skim milk. Remove the preparation and then add the vanilla flan and the diced plums and mix the ingredients.

Pour this mixture into a caramel pan with a diameter of 24 to 26 cm and bake at a moderate temperature for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Once the pudding is baked, let it cool, carefully unmold it and cut the portions.
