Celiacs: gluten-free sweet cookies for children in thermomix

I give you a simple recipe for sweet cookies so that you can make with the thermomix so that all celiacs can enjoy, especially the children of the house, being nutritious so that they can taste them with breakfast or a snack and keep them in tightly closed jars for several days

Ingredients:

2 eggs
200 grams of sugar
300 grams of margarine or butter
500 grams of gluten-free flour

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in the thermomix and program 20 seconds at speed 6, helping you with the spatula to form the dough. Once the dough is made, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes.

When you remove it from the refrigerator, stretch it with a roller until you get a thickness of 1 cm and cut the cookies with a cutter in different ways. Arrange them on a baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper and cook them in the oven (preheated 15 minutes) at 180º degrees. They should be barely golden brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool before consuming or packaging.
