We will prepare for all celiacs some delicious cookies called cat tongues, which are delicious to accompany them, at snack time or when we receive friends, with a cup of tea or a cup of well aromatic coffee.
Ingredients:
100 grams of butter
120 g caster sugar
140 grams of mixture of three flours (rice flour, cornstarch and cassava starch)
4 claras
vanilla essence, to taste
Preparation:
First you need to butter and sprinkle a baking sheet with flour without glute. Then, in a bowl, mix the butter, cut into small pieces, with the sugar and add the egg whites and the vanilla essence. Add the mixture of three flours and beat until you get a homogeneous and smooth paste.
Next, pour the mixture into a sleeve with a smooth beak and form the cat tongues on the baking sheet. Cook the cookies in a medium-temperature oven, for approximately 5 minutes, until you notice that with a spatula you can remove them without difficulty. When they are cold you can already taste them.
