Today I propose you to prepare a simple and healthy recipe for gluten-free homemade cannelloni dough composed of foods totally suitable for celiacs that you can use with different fillings such as spinach mixed with cottage cheese or chicken with bechamel sauce.

Ingredients:

6 claras
6 tablespoons skim milk

Salt, a pinch
Vegetable spray, quantity required

Preparation:

Pour the whites into a bowl and beat them for a few moments and then add the skim milk and mix well. Add the previously sifted skimmed milk powder in the form of a rain, season with a pinch of salt and beat vigorously to prevent lumps from forming in the mixture.

Once the pasta is made, with the help of a small ladle take portions and pour them on a pancake or frying pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Cook the mass of the cannelloni and reserve them in a source covered with plastic wrap until it is time to use them to fill.
