Celiacs: gluten-free cornmeal or polenta pizza

For all celiacs to delight, we will prepare a meal similar to pizza, being an ideal preparation for the weekend consisting of corn flour or polenta since it is a gluten-free and permitted food.

Ingredients:

240 grams of cornmeal or polenta
2 tablespoons of common oil
fresh cheese, quantity needed
Salt to taste
gluten-free tomato sauce, quantity required
oregano to sprinkle, to taste

Preparation:

Prepare the cornmeal or polenta in a pot with boiling water with a little salt and the common oil and when the preparation is ready, remove it from the heat and spread it in a large pizzer or two small ones greased with oil.

Top the polenta with tomato sauce, chopped fresh cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Cook this food in a hot oven until the cheese is melted and then cut the portions to serve and taste.
