Scones are an extremely energetic food for celiacs to enjoy for breakfast or snack and with the thermomix we will prepare them in a few minutes, being a sweet and healthy flavor sandwich.
Ingredients:
300 grams of gluten-free flour
50 grams of butter
150 cc. skimmed milk
1 sachet of gluten-free yeast
Salt, a pinch
2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into the thermomix glass and program 30 seconds at speed 6. Remove the dough from the glass and let it rest covered with a canvas for a few minutes. Then stretch it 1cm. thick and cut the scones with a circular cookie cutter.
Arrange them on a buttered plate or silicone molds and brush the scones with milk or butter. Take the plate to cook in the oven at medium to hot temperature for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. When you remove them from the oven, let them cool for a few moments before consuming.
