Celiacs: gluten-free chips

Chips are small rolls that are very delicious to serve with different fillings when we prepare an informal starter and for this reason I will teach you how to make them so that all celiacs can taste them totally gluten-free.

Ingredients:

150 cc of warm skim milk
50 grams of butter
70 grams of sugar
30 grams of gluten-free yeast
500 grams of gluten-free flour
1 egg
2 yolks
Salt, a pinch

Preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in the milk together with the sugar and leave it to rise until it forms a foam. Place the gluten-free flour on the counter, make a crown and add the egg and yolks, a pinch of salt, the butter and the yeast mixture.

Next, knead these ingredients until you get a smooth and tender dough and leave it to rise in a warm place in the kitchen. Then cut small portions of the dough, roll them and spread them on buttered plates. Let them rise again and then brush them with egg yolk or butter. Bake the chips at maximum temperature for 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, remove them and let them cool before using.
