Celiacs: gluten-free carrot pudding

With allowed and simple foods to have in our kitchen, we will prepare an exquisite carrot pudding for all celiacs, incorporating in this way all the nutrients that this product provides to the body.

Ingredients:

500 grams of carrots
1 egg
30 grams of rice flour
skim milk, amount needed
butter, amount needed
Salt, pepper and nutmeg, to taste
gluten-free corn flakes, quantity required

Preparation:

First you need to peel and boil the carrots. Then, once warm, blend them with the egg, the rice flour, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and add the necessary amount of milk to bind the mixture.

Place the preparation in a pan, previously buttered and sprinkle with the crushed corn flakes. Cook the pudding in the oven in a double boiler for 45 minutes. Remove it, unmold it and you can serve it.
