Three ingredients and 10 minutes of our time is all we need to make this dessert. Sounds simple right? And we can promise that it is. The yogurt, raspberry and honey glasses are a great dessert to top off the next summer meals, but also a tasty alternative to enjoy as a snack.

This summer we want you to be able to enjoy summer activities without giving up eating in a balanced way. Prepare a dessert for the whole family it does not have to be laborious. These yogurt, raspberry and honey glasses make a great summer dessert. Easy and quick to make, they are also light and healthy.

Ingredients
  • 300 g. raspberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey
  • 500 g. natural yogurt

Preparation
  1. We reserved four raspberries. The rest the we put a saucepan with the honey and cook them for a couple of minutes over medium heat, until the fruit juices begin to release.
  2. We place in a bowl the smoothie yogurt and we add the raspberries and honey. We stir gently to integrate all the flavors (and colors).
  3. We take to the fridge half an hour.
  4. We divide the mixture into four glasses and decorate with a raspberryWe can also complete the decoration with some mint leaves.
  5. We serve cold.
