  • A pinch of salt
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 50 g. dark chocolate

Preparation
  1. We beat the whites with a few drops of lemon in a clean, dry container until foamy.

  3. As the mixing time increases, the meringue will become denser and thicker. it will be brighter. We will have finished preparing the meringue when the sugar is not perceived. We will check it by rubbing a portion of meringue between two fingers.
  4. Once ready, we introduce the meringue in a pastry bag and on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, we are forming little piles. You can also form them with a spoon.
  5. We bake at 100-130 ºC for about an hour and a half.
  6. Once done, we take them out of the oven and Let it cold down.
  7. We melt the chocolate and with a toothpick or brush, we draw the eyes and mouth of the ghosts.
