Gazpacho with bread

Ingredients
  • 1 Kilo of tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ green pepper
  • 3-4 slices of bread from the day before
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 squirt of vinegar
  • 1 jet of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Cold water

Preparation
  1. To make the gazpacho with bread, first we will wash the tomatoes well, peel the tomatoes, and chop.
  2. We peel the cucumber and cut it into pieces
  3. We wash the green pepper, cut it into pieces.
  4. We peel the garlic cloves, cut them in half and remove the central part so that later the garlic does not repeat.
  5. We cut the bread into very thin slices.
  6. We take a large bowl, put all the ingredients, add half of the cold water and crush it. We will add more water as needed. There should be a light puree.
  7. If you do not like to find nuggets or lumps, you can go through a sieve.
  8. We put everything back in the bowl, we will add a splash of oil, vinegar and salt.
  9. We beat again, we taste and we are rectifying until we leave it to our liking. If necessary we will add more water.
  10. We put it in the fridge so that it is very cool when it is time to eat.
  11. We will serve very cold. We can accompany it with small pieces of bread, cucumber, tomato ...
