With this garlic soup all family members will stay grateful and remembering that stew o soup of the grandmother that everyone liked so much. This is very simple and inexpensive to do, so that it does not take you long to do it on Christmas night.

Ingredients

  • 1 brick of chicken broth.
  • Croutons.
  • Spicy and sweet paprika.
  • Ham cubes.
  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt

Preparation

First, we will put a casserole with a good jet of olive oil to heat, at least 3 tablespoons. To this oil we will add the 3 sliced ​​garlic cloves very finely until it takes on a little color.

Then we will add media finely chopped onion and we let it brown too. When everything has taken color, we will add the ham blocks and sauté a little so that the flavors mix.

Then, we will incorporate a teaspoon of both bell peppers and we lower the fire so it doesn't burn. Sauté a little and then add the croutons, a pinch of salt and the chicken broth.

Finally, we turn up the fire a little and leave boil about 5 minutes. In addition, we will add the couple of eggs to the pot so that it sets and that's it! Bon à petit!
