Why radishes? Because they're so pretty cuquis healthy and possibly one of the best allies in your weight loss or maintenance diets. They are ideal in hypocaloric diets since they have less than 20 Kcal per 100 grams. They contain a large amount of water and mineral salts, mainly sulfur, iron and iodine and are especially rich in vitamin C. Therefore, it favors the assimilation of iron, and has great antioxidant properties.

- 2 bunches of radishes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary,
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper.
- We start by preheating the oven to 180 ºC.
- We clean the radishes of leaves, hair and soil.
