  • ½ glass of white wine

Preparation
  1. The first thing will be to clean the mushrooms, we will cut a little from the trunk and with the help of a pointed knife we ​​will remove the mushroom skin, with the help of a slightly damp kitchen paper we will finish cleaning them of the earth they have.
  2. We cut the mushrooms into slices.
  3. We put a frying pan on the fire with a little oil, we chop the garlic and when the oil is hot we add the garlic, sauté.
  4. When the garlic begins to have a light color, add the sliced ​​mushrooms, stir and let it cook.
  5. When the mushrooms are a little golden, add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate.
