Garlic Chicken Wings

The Garlic Chicken Wings, a rich and very simple recipe. We all like chicken but the wings are a delight, well fried and golden brown they are delicious. We can prepare chicken in many ways and give them the flavor that we like the most, but as this part of the chicken is liked the most, it is fried.

I have prepared these chicken wings in the oven with garlic, they are very crispy and with a lot of flavor. Try them like this and you will see how they will like them at home, in addition to making them in the oven we avoid adding more fat, just enough to cook and with the minced garlic and potatoes, it is a good dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of chicken wings
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 200 ml. white wine
  • Potatoes
  • Buy
  • Sal Island
  • Herbs (thyme, rosemary ..)
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Preparation
  1. We will clean the wings and put them in a pan for the oven. We season them with salt and pepper.
  2. We will prepare a mash with the minced garlic and parsley in a mortar, we will crush it well and put the glass of white wine, stir it well and distribute it well over the chicken wings, stir them so that they all take the ingredients. We let them rest for 30-40 minutes.
  3. We turn on the oven to 180ºC, when the time has passed we take the dish with the wings, peel a few potatoes, cut them into squares and put them next to the chicken wings, we put some herbs on top to our liking and a good jet of oil , we stir it and put it in the oven until they are well browned.
  4. When they are we take them out and very hot we serve them.
  5. And ready to eat !!!
