Garlic chicken, excellent spicy dish for succulent palates
Today I wanted to bring you an excellent plate of pollo al ajillo, especially dedicated to very succulent palates who love spicy food. In addition, as a garnish, this garlic chicken is served with some good fried potatoes.
This recipe is from my uncle, and I thought I was not going to like it, but as soon as I made it, I loved it. The flavor that the chicken garlic it's cool, and those thighs so tender they are a delicacy of kings without a doubt.
Ingredients
- 1 kilo of chicken drumsticks.
- 4-5 cloves of garlic.
- White wine.
- Water.
- Avecrem pill.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Parsley.
- Potatoes.
Preparation
To make this garlic chicken recipe, the first thing we have to do is season the drumsticks chicken to give it flavor. Then we will peel and cut all the garlic cloves into thin slices.
In a olla, we will put a good background of olive oil and we will add the garlic cloves. The fire should be low so that the garlic does not burn.
Then we add the chicken drumsticks and we will stir well so that all the flavors are blended.
When the chicken is golden brown we will add like a glass of white wine and, when the alcohol evaporates, a little water. We will also add the avecrem pill and the parsley. We will let it cook over low heat for at least 45 minutes.
Finally, we will peel, cut and wash the potatoes and we will fry them in a deep fryer or in a pan with enough oil for the garnish.
