Ingredients:
1 Kg of prawns
1 glass of olive oil
1 glass of cognac
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 chillies
1 lemon
Salt and parsley
Preparation:
Cut the prawns in two and place in a baking dish with the shell side down. In a bowl, mix the finely minced garlic, chilli, olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle the prawns with the dressing.
Bake in the oven, preheating at 190-200 ºC, for 10 minutes. Out of the oven and flambé with cognac and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
