Yogurt cake with fruits

A yogurt cake  with fruits, a very simple recipe, light and without an oven, nothing complicated. A healthy dessert that we can make in many flavors and with varied fruits.

For any time of the day, breakfast or snack, this cake is good and surely the little ones will like it a lot. It keeps very well for several days in the fridge.

Ingredients
  • 6 0% yogurts with red fruits or any other flavor
  • 250 ml. evaporated milk
  • 7 gelatin sheets
  • 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener
  • To accompany assorted fruits (strawberries, blackberries, berries)

Preparation
  1. First we will put the yogurts in a bowl, mix them well, once they are well beaten we put a tablespoon of liquid sweetener, if you like it sweeter you can put more.
  2. On the other hand, we soak the jellies for about 10 minutes in cold water.
  3. In a saucepan we put the evaporated milk and heat over a low heat without boiling, when it is there we remove it from the heat and we will add the well drained gelatin sheets, stir well until they are well dissolved and mixed with the evaporated milk.
  4. We will add all this mixture to the yogurts and mix everything, add some fruits cut into small pieces, stir.
  5. We can try the mixture, and if you like it sweeter, you just have to add a little more sweetener and so on until you leave it to your liking.
  6. We will take a mold, better removable and we will pour all the mixture, we put it in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours, or from one day to the next, it is much better.
  7. And voila, it only remains to take it out of the mold and garnish it with fruit or jam to taste.
  8. To remove it from the mold and not break it, first pass a knife around it to be able to take it off.
