This recipe is composed of two fruits that must be essential in our diet: the orange and the pear. Both are rich in sugar, but it is a healthy sugar, which gives us energy and they are also in season so they are quite cheap fruits.

Ingredients
- 2 naranjas
- 1 water pear
- Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
- Orange juice is very simple to make. Cut the oranges into two equal pieces, and squeeze them, with the help of a juicer. You can serve it as is but I wanted to add a tablespoon of honey (which has many health benefits and is 100% natural) to give it a special sweetness.
- Meanwhile, on a plate, I have been peeling the pear and cutting it into pieces. Then I added some ground cinnamon so that it is much richer and I have put it in the microwave for 1 minute.
- And ready! Healthy, simple and 100% natural snack.
Notes
For this type of snack you can use the fruits that you like the most: bananas, apples, pears, etc.
