  • 50 g. peas
  • 1 large carrot
  • 150 g. of prawns
  • 2 thick slices of cooked ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. We start by cooking the carrot and peas. For it we put a saucepan with water to heat and when it boils add the peeled carrot and a pinch of salt. Shortly before the carrot is tender, add the peas and cook for 4 more minutes. When the carrots and peas are tender, remove from the heat, drain, let it warm and cut the carrot into cubes.
  2. At the same time we prepare the sweet omelette. We beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of sugar while heating a pan with a teaspoon of oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the egg and prepare a very fine sweet omelette, like crepes. Once ready, we remove it from the heat, cut it into strips and reserve.
  3. Then we cook the rice in plenty of water, following the manufacturer's instructions. We stir from time to time and when it is almost done we remove from the fire, wash under the cold water tap and drain.

  6. In a large frying pan, heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and we sauté the prawns for 3 minutes. When the prawns have a good color, add the well drained rice and the two tablespoons of soy. We stir well and sauté for a minute.
  7. Finally, we add all the ingredients (omelette, cooked ham, peas and carrot), stir and season to serve.
