Fried peppers with salt

Who has not ever tasted good fried peppers with salt? Perhaps it is one of the simplest dishes that we offer you here at Kitchen Recipes, if not the most, but we do not have to stop sharing it with you. As you can see, it is a dish that does not have much mystery, since only three are the necessary ingredients for its preparation: oil (if possible olive, they come out much better) to fry them, peppers (the key and star ingredient) and fine salt . It is a dish that is mainly made as a side or starter of another much more complete and elaborate dish. And although it does not have much science to do it, then we leave you with the elaboration process (which will not exceed 4 steps).

Ingredients
  • 3 large peppers for frying
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fine salt

Preparation
  1. First of all, what we will do is rinse and clean the peppers well with water, both outside and inside. To do this, with the help of a knife we will remove the upper tail, and the seeds inside. While we do this, we will heat the olive oil to a high temperature.
  2. The next thing will be to dry the peppers well and remove excess water, since if we put them as is in the hot oil it could splash and burn us. And we don't want that!
  3. Fry the peppers to your liking. Personally, I don't like them very well done (as you can see in the photo) so as soon as I see that the skin of the pepper begins to separate, I take them out and plaster them.
  4. As a last step, we add fine salt (also to taste but without overdoing it), and ready to eat. Bon profit!

Notes
You can also add the occasional spice if you like different flavors.
