El fried marinated chicken It is one of the solutions that I have found, although yes, it cannot be abused because when it has flour and is fried in olive oil, it has many more calories than if we did it grilled or roasted in the oven.
- 1 kg of chicken breast

- Once we have the clean chicken breast, we move on to cut it into small cubes neither too small nor too large, medium in size (as in the photograph).
- In a bowl, we add approximately 1 liter of water, about 175 ml of wine vinegar, oregano (to taste), Comino (This spice is what gives the chicken that special marinade flavor, so we will add generously), paprika (a teaspoon and a half) and salt (approximately one teaspoon). We stir the mixture well and introduce the chicken into cubes and let it get the flavor of the mixture for a few 6 or 7 hours (it is best to leave it for a whole night).
