- Olive oil
- 1 medium onion, minced
- ½ large red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 cayenne chillies
- 600-700 g. whole tomatoes, peeled and chopped

- We incorporate the tomatoes and we let the tomato sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes.
