Preparation
- We are putting a frying pan with olive oil to heat.
- The first thing we will do is clean the aubergines well y cut them into sheets without removing the shell, we will only cut the upper end.
- When the olive oil is very hot we will do the following: each slice of aubergine we will go going through egg (previously beaten) and flour and we will fry it. Must stay golden.
