We continue with the recipes with tomato, this time I bring you a very fresh and summery tapa for which we will only need two ingredients, its preparation is easy and the end result is very funny and curious. What more can we ask for?

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Huntar cheese

Preparation:

We clean the tomatoes, we remove the center by cutting it with a knife and, with the help of a small spoon, we empty them. With the same teaspoon we fill them with huntar cheese and put them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes so that cutting is easier. When the freezing time passes, we cut them into wedges and serve.

Instead of cutting them into segments, they can be cut in half or even served whole, in this way we avoid waiting for the freezing time. They could be decorated with a sprig of parsley or sprinkled with Provencal herbs, which would also give it a different touch.

Recipe suggestions:

  • You can mix the cheese with more ingredients before filling them, for example, with a little thyme, Provencal herbs, olive pieces ...
  • Do not throw away the filling that you have taken from each tomato, you can use it in another recipe that uses tomato sauce or some previous stir-fry. If you don't want to use it on the same day, you can keep it in the fridge for another time in a closed container for up to 3 days at most.
