Process:
Wash the bell peppers; then put them on the grill in the oven and let them toast a little. Remove them, peel them and extract the seeds. Put them in jars, add oil and cover well. Put the jars in a pot of cold water and leave them until the water comes to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and let them cool in the water.
