French omelette fajitas
Omelettes are a very popular dinner to give to children, however, they are sometimes a bit bland and boring for them. These tortillas can be Fill of a thousand flavors, but also of some rich products making a kind of fajita.
This is what occurred to me last day when I went to the pantry to look for the typical wheat fajitas and had no, and since I already had all the ingredients to make the fajita, my cook's light bulb turned on and I made these French omelettes to use as a fajita.
Ingredients
- Lettuce.
- Tuna.
- Sausage.
- Sausages.
- Cooked Ham Taco.
- mayonnaise
For tortillas:
- Eggs
- Chopped parsley.
- Garlic powder.
- Olive oil.
Preparation
First we will prepare the ingredients to fill the fajita of French omelette. I have used these ingredients but you can use whatever you want. We will cut the lettuce into julienne strips, the chorizo and the cooked ham into small cubes and the sausages into thin slices.
All the sausages We will pass them through a small frying pan together with a little olive oil, stirring them well so that it is done on all sides. It is preferable to use the stuffed ham or cheese to give the fajita much more flavor.
When all the ingredients are ready we will prepare the tortillas. In a deep plate we will crack an egg and beat it a little with the fork, to this we will add a pinch of salt, garlic powder and chopped parsley and we will pour it into a pan that we have heated before with a little olive oil.
We will allow to curdle on both sides and we will reserve it to later fill it with when they temper with the ingredients made previously.
