- 250g Emmenthal cheese, grated
- 250g Gruyere cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 250cc of dry white wine
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 pagés bread
- First, with the help of a knife, we empty the bread crumbs by drawing a circle at the top, removing the lid and removing the bread crumbs with the help of our fingers. We mix the cheeses with the cornstarch in a bowl.
- We cut the garlic clove in half and rub the bottom of the pot in which we are going to prepare the fondue.
- We pour the wine into the pot and heat over medium heat.
- When the wine starts to boil, we gradually incorporate the cheese mixture. We stir with a wooden spoon, in the form of eight (this is very important).
- When we have achieved a uniform dough without lumps, we add salt and pepper to taste and even add a little nutmeg.
- We pour the contents of the pot into our bread bowl.
- We serve immediately
