  • 18 Maria cookies
  • 500 ml. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • Liquid candy
  • Cream to accompany

Preparation
  1. To prepare the biscuit flan in the microwave, first we will put all the ingredients in a bowl except the caramel. We will put the milk, cookies, eggs and sugar. We beat it.
  2. Once beaten, we take a mold suitable for the microwave. We cover the base with liquid caramel.
  3. We put the mold in the microwave at 800W, 10-12 minutes, we let it rest for 10 minutes in the microwave. We will click in the center, it must be a little damp because that means that it is around ready, if you let it be done completely, it will be hard, since it continues to cook after turning off the microwave.
  4. Cooking may vary depending on the mold and microwave.
  5. Let it cool in the fridge, when we go to serve it, we demolish it, add a little more liquid caramel if you like it and accompany it with a little whipped cream, it goes very well.
