We start the weekend preparing a very simple recipe for the whole family that the little ones will especially like: marinated loin flamenquines. If the marinated tenderloin by itself already has a lot of flavor, wait to try the green pepper and goat cheese filling.
If you don't want to spend a lot of time cooking, these flamenquins are a great resource for the weekend. Accompanied by a good salad salmon and apple o spinach and avocado they can become a fantastic dish. Try them and give us your opinion.

Ingredients
- 8 marinated tenderloin steaks
- 1 goat roll
- 1 green pepper
- Olive oil
- Bread crumbs
- Egg
Preparation
- We place the loin fillets on a wooden board and we hit them so that they are more manageable.
- We cut some cheese sticks of goat and some strips of green pepper. We wrap the cheese in the pepper strips (they will break, don't worry).
- We place each wrapped stick on the end of a fillet and tenderloin and we roll it up. We put a toothpick so that it does not open.
- We pass the rolls through bread crumbs, beaten egg and breadcrumbs again.
- We fry at high temperature until they are golden brown and the meat is done.
- We serve freshly so that they are crisp.
