4 tablespoons of red wine
300g vanilla ice cream
30g sliced almond strips
1 glass of Kirsch
4 tablespoons sugar
Wash and clean the strawberries. Cut the larger ones in half.
Put the butter in a saucepan and melt, add the sugar and keep stirring until it starts to brown.
Now add the red wine, the strawberries, sprinkle with the kirsch and flambé.
Divide the vanilla ice cream into four bowls and pour over the hot strawberries.
Sprinkle with the almonds.
