Fish in microwave sauce

Today we prepare a fish in microwave sauce,  a simple and quick dish to prepare. Today everyone has a microwave but we only use it mainly for heating or defrosting, we are still not used to cooking with it and getting more out of it.

Cooking with the microwave is easy, fast and very comfortable Since with few pots we prepare a dish, it helps us to prepare dishes in a short time without losing all its flavor.

Today I have prepared a hake in green sauce with clams and peas, a very complete dish that we can present at parties or in special meals, surely with this dish you will be very good.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 pieces of hake
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • A bunch of parsley
  • A glass of white wine
  • A tin of peas
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 150 gr. clam
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • shawl

Preparation
  1. Take a microwave-safe dish and add the oil, the minced garlic and the minced onion.
  2. We will introduce it to the microwave for about 4 minutes at 600W.
  3. We take it out and add a good tablespoon of chopped parsley and a tablespoon of flour. We will remove everything very well, before the oil cools.
  4. Add the hake slices, peas, wine, salt and clams to the tray.
  5. We will introduce it to the micro and we will have it for 5 minutes at 900W or at maximum power.
  6. When the microwave stops, we will let it rest for 2 minutes, then we will take it out and move it to bind the sauce. We let it rest for 2 more minutes and it will be done, if the sauce is too thick, we will put a little water and stir it well.
  7. Sprinkle it with a little more parsley and it will be ready to eat.
  8. A rich and simple dish.
