Fish, prawns and squid in a wine and parsley sauce

Today I present my dinner last night, an experiment that came out delicious and with taste of the sea. If you like fish, squid and prawns, you will love this maritime recipe. It is ideal for dinners or lunches with friends due to its ease of preparation and its exquisite flavor.

If you dare to do it, you will tell us how rich it turned out. As a point to point out, we have added a tablespoon of flour to the sauce. In this way we make the sauce fattening and more presentable.

Ingredients
  • 1 large fish
  • 500 grams of squid
  • 500 grams of prawns
  • 250 ml of white wine
  • ½ onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Water
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. We will take a large frying pan in which we will add a little olive oil in which we will poach half an onion, thinly sliced y 5 cloves of garlic cut in half.
  2. When they are golden brown, we add 250 ml of white wine and a tablespoon of flour that we will stir well to avoid lumps and thus enhance a sauce with substance.
  3. When the wine has boiled, we add half a glass of water, and we include the fish and the clean squid and the prawns still to be peeled. We cover with a lid and leave over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
  4. When there are 5 minutes to set aside, we add the touch of salt and the chopped parsley. We leave 5 more minutes and set aside when the fish is well done.
