Whiting cooked with potatoes

Whiting cooked with potatoes

I remember that the first time I ate this dish was when I was little (I was about seven or eight years old) at my grandmother's house. At first I did not like it, since I am not very fishy, but that broth with a very mild flavor, seasoned with a touch of vinegar and those potatoes and baby carrots, I loved them!

It is a very healthy dish since barely contains calories, so it will be great for those people who are on a diet, and also very rich now in winter that what you want are hot dishes and spoon. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend that you do. You will not regret!

I am profane in the kitchen, and I have followed this recipe step by step, (I repeat I know very little, and do not laugh), my question ... when do you put the whiting to cook?
I put it when you say: add all the ingredients one by one ... Imagine how the whiting looks.

I'm a newbie to cooking, first and foremost, and I apologize for my ignorance. But is the whiting added at the beginning with all the ingredients? I have done it like this and imagine how it turned out. Can you confirm it for me?
Thank you very much and best regards.
