Ingredients
  • 400gr. noodle no. 2
  • 1L. fish broth
  • 2 garlic
  • 200gr. Crushed tomato
  • 1 lady
  • 1 medium cuttlefish
  • 250gr. peeled prawns
  • all i oli (optional)

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to toast the noodles. In the same paella, we put a couple of tablespoons of oil and we toast the noodles a little, only that they take on a little color and we reserve. dry the broth.
  2. We can prepare the broth with fish bones and make a good broth, it can also be used already prepared.
  3. In the same paella we put a little more oil, add the cuttlefish cut into small pieces and sauté it, then add the prawns.
  4. On one side of the paella, while the cuttlefish is being cooked, we prepare the sauce, put the minced garlic, the tomato and the Señora meat or a little paprika.
  5. Let the tomato cook a little and add the noodles, cover with the broth and have it over high heat until it starts to boil, then we leave it over medium heat and leave it until the broth is consumed, it must be dry.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes and little by little the noodles will get on edge.
  7. We prepare an all i oli, to accompany it.
  8. And ready to eat!!!
