Fair-style stuffed potatoes
As you all know, we are close to the Carnival and Easter festivities, and with them, in most municipalities they always organize the odd one. Fair small to taste Traditional food and let the children have fun.
That is why today I have made you these delicious roasted potatoes stuffed with earth food. Whenever the occasional Fair arrives, it is sacred to eat one, so today I want to share it with all of you.
Ingredients
- Big fat potatoes.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Black pepper.
- Pink sauce.
- York ham.
- Carrots
- Pitted green olives.
- Tuna.
- Chorizo chorizo.
- Grated cheese.
Preparation
First we will cook the potatoes. You have two options, opt for about 10 minutes at high temperature in the microwave, or half an hour in the oven at 180ºC.
While the potatoes cook we will cut all the ingredients. We will fillet the olives, we will cook the carrots and we will cut them julienne, we will skin the chorizo and crumble it with our hands or with the same knife and we will make the pink sauce (mayonnaise and ketchup).
When the potatoes are cooked the we will cut in half without reaching the end, we will make a few incisions with the knife and stir a little, and then we will assemble our Fair potatoes.
First we will salt and pepper the potatoes, then we will add the pink sauce and stir so that all the potato is integrated, so it will not be dry at mealtime. We will incorporate small portions of all ingredients and finally, reciaremos with a drizzle of olive oil. Bon à petite !.
