Eggs with bechamel, great dinner for children
Today I have brought you another harvest recipe, to make you even more aware that absolutely nothing is thrown away in the kitchen. In this case, I have used a little bechamel that I had left over from one Lasagna and some boiled eggs to make the little boats that I already published a few days ago.
Well, with those leftover ingredients, you can make another new recipe of Eggs With Bechamel. Some delicious eggs bathed in the same béchamel sauce and then battered. This recipe is great for an impromptu dinner, which the kids will love.
Ingredients
- Boiled eggs
- Bechamel.
- I beaten egg.
- Bread crumbs.
- Oil for frying.
Preparation
As it is a recipe for use, the steps to follow are very simple and quick to make, since the base ingredients are already cooked.
Firstly, we will heat the béchamel a little over low heat so that later it is easier to handle and it is not so doughy.
When we have the boiled eggsWe will cut it in half and bathe it in the previously heated béchamel. My advice is that you bathe it with a spoon, since if you put the egg the yolk will fall apart. Later, we will put it in the fridge until it is completely cold, so that the béchamel takes on a consistency.
Then, we will pass each egg through beaten egg and breadcrumbs, giving it a round shape. Finally, we will heat a pan with enough oil and fry them for a few minutes, until they are golden brown.
We will leave it drain on absorbent paper to suck up all the excess oil. I hope you enjoy this simple recipe for eggs with bechamel and you enjoy it.
