Eggs on the plate with ham

Ingredients:8 eggs
100 grams of Serrano ham
25 grams of frozen peas
1 chive
Crushed tomato

Preparation:To begin with, peel and chop the chives into very small strips and sauté them in a pan with a little hot oil. Then we add the crushed tomato and continue sautéing for a few more minutes.
Afterwards, we drain the peas and chop the Serrano ham very well. To serve, cover the bottom of four individual dishes with the prepared tomato sauce and place two whole eggs in each dish, add the chopped ham, peas, salt to taste and a little oil. Finally, we put everything in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 7 minutes.
To serve, it is recommended to do it with the plate very hot and sprinkled with chives.
